2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles
91 points - Wine Enthusiast
Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the rolling hills of Paso Robles. With warm days and cool nights, our grapes are able to reach incredible ripeness but retain a natural balance. The wine is aged for 18 months in French and American Oak.

Our 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Barr Vineyard located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles as well as our estate vineyard. This vineyard is planted to Clone 4 and Clone 337 of Cabernet, which produces very small berry Cabernet Sauvignon. 12% Petit Verdot was added to create a dark and intense wine with both chocolate and cherry notes. The resulting wine is very dark and intense with lots of structure and refined tannin. We aged this in a combination of French and American Oak for 18 months.
