Sourced from the White Hawk Vineyard in the Los Alamos Hills, our Viognier was barrel fermented in neutral oak for 5 months. This wine shows tons of tropical fruit aromas and on the palate you will pick up hints of lush peach, pear and apricot flavors.
Our 2023 Chardonnay comes from Greengate Vineyard down in the cool climate of Edna Valley. Our Chardonnay was barrel fermented in small French oak barrels and aged on its lees for 10 months. Showing bright lemon aromas with a touch of toast and citrus fruit.
